The company AESSE MISURE S.R.L., with registered office in Via Della Repubblica 9, Trezzano sul Naviglio, (MI), 20090, P.IVA 10804070158 , in the figure of Speranza Luciano, provides below the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/16 (the "Regulation" or "GDPR"), as owner of the processing of personal data of visitors (hereinafter, the "Users") of its website:

Different types of data are collected within the site:

- Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. The information that may be collected includes IP addresses, the type of browser or operating system used, addresses in URI (uniform resource identifier) notation, the domain name and addresses of the websites from which you accessed or exited (referring/exit pages), the time the request was made to the server, the method used and information on the response obtained, further information on the user's navigation in the site (see also the section on cookies) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment.

- Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses of reference, involves the subsequent acquisition by the data controller of the sender's e-mail address, necessary to respond to the sender's requests (including the sending of information material regarding its products/services) and any other relevant personal data.
The provision of personal data is optional.
The data received will be processed in the manner provided for in the regulations and within the terms indicated in this notice.

- Cookies
No personal user data is acquired by the site.
Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, i.e. systems for tracing users.
We remind you that the user, by configuring his browser, can at any time disable the operation of cookies or be informed when receiving cookies and deny consent to send them. With the exception of automatically collected data (navigation data), the provision of other information through forms or e-mail is free and spontaneous and failure to send it may only result in a lack of satisfaction of any requests.

Notice concerning children under 14 years of age

Children under the age of 14 may not provide personal data.
The company Aesse Misure S.R.L. will not be in any way responsible for any collection of personal data, as well as false statements, provided by the child, and in any case, if it is found to be used, Aesse Misure will facilitate the right of access and cancellation forwarded by the legal guardian or by those exercising parental authority.
In accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016, we therefore provide you with the following information:

Data controller

The data controller is SPERANZA LUCIANO, legal representative of the company AESSE MISURE S.R.L., with registered office in Via Della Repubblica 9, Trezzano sul Naviglio, (MI), 20090.
The data you have communicated may be processed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as internal data processors and/or system administrators.

Purpose, collection and storage methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and precisely:
- collection,

- registration, - organization,
- storage, - consultation, - processing,


- communication,

- possible development of marketing proposals,
- deletion and destruction of data.
The data will be stored as follows:

- paper storage, both during the processing phase and during the archiving phase, in a special room with access allowed only to the owner of the data processing and to persons authorized by him;

- digital storage on a company computer during the processing phase and then, during the archiving phase, on a dedicated external disk, stored in a special room with access allowed only to the owner of the data processing and to persons authorized by him.

The passwords for accessing the computer and the company server are changed quarterly.

Rights of interested parties

Let's remember the rights of the interested party:

Right of access of the data subject_ Article 15

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information:
a) the purposes of the processing;

(b) the categories of personal data concerned; (
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if they are recipients in third countries or international organisations; (
d) where possible, the period for which the personal data are to be kept or, if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; (
e) the existence of the right of the data subject to request the controller to correct or delete personal data or to object to the processing of personal data concerning him/her; (f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; (
g) where the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their source; (
h) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4), and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used and the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.

Right of rectification_ Article 16

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.

Right to cancellation_ Article 17

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the deletion of personal data concerning him/her without undue delay and the data controller has the obligation to delete personal data without undue delay, if one of the following reasons exists:

  1. a) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

  2. (b) the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) and if there is no other legal basis for the processing;

  3. (c) the data subject opposes processing within the meaning of Article 21(1) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing, or opposes processing within the meaning of Article 21(2);

  4. (d) personal data have been processed unlawfully;

  5. (e) personal data must be erased in order to fulfil a legal obligation under the law

    the Union or the Member State to which the controller is subject;

  6. (f) personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services

    referred to in Article 8(1).

The data controller, following a request for the deletion of personal data that may have been made public, undertakes to take all available technological measures to comply with it in the best possible way.

Paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply to the extent that the treatment is necessary:
(
b) for the performance of a legal obligation requiring processing in accordance with Union law or the law of the Member State to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
(c) for reasons of public interest in the field of public health in accordance with points (h) and (i) of Article 9(2) and Article 9(3); (
d) for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89(1), in so far as the right referred to in paragraph 1 is likely to render impossible or seriously jeopardise the attainment of the objectives of such processing; (
e) for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court.

Right to restrict processing_ Article 18

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of the processing when one of the following cases occurs:

  1. (a) the data subject shall contest the accuracy of the personal data for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of such data;

  2. b) the processing is unlawful and the person concerned opposes the deletion of personal data and asks instead that its use be limited;

  3. (c) although the data controller no longer needs them for the purposes of processing, the personal data are necessary for the data subject to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;

  4. (d) the data subject has objected to the processing within the meaning of Article 21(1), pending verification that the legitimate reasons of the data controller take precedence over those of the data subject.

Where processing is restricted in accordance with paragraph 1, such personal data shall, except for storage, only be processed with the consent of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of substantial public interest of the Union of a Member State.
